Study Hall is Maek’s version of a class! Staff are present and ready to guide members at any level. Communal learning is at the core of our studio philosophy and weekly Study Halls are a great time for members to ask questions and grow better together.

Clay Curious is a great way to get a feel for our studio, learn how to throw on the wheel, and have a good time!
Our standard month to month membership includes access to our weekly Study Hall. During these nights, we have 2 staff present, the time is set aside to walk you step by step through the ceramic process.
Clay Curious evenings are a soft introduction to both clay and our studio!
Wednesday nights in Ocean Beach and Thursday nights in Encinitas are our larger group lessons when the studio is otherwise closed. Our instructor begins with a full demo for the class; then students will follow along each step for the second run through.
All Clay Curious events are from 6-730 PM and nothing is kept. If you decide to join after the evening, your $65 ticket is FULLY applied to your first month’s membership at either studio location!
If you do decide to join, you can continue finishing your projects in your next session, otherwise just play and enjoy!
